Monday- Friday:   6:00am, 9:00am,  3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm (Except on Friday's)

Saturday:  9:00am 

Ladies CrossFit:  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday AND Friday @  7:30am 

6 week bootcamp: 4 Days a week

6 Week Bootcamp:  Monday, Wednesday, Friday  @ 5am and 6:30pm (Dates Change)

**Saturday at 8:00am
