Clean Progression with barbell

2. OLY
Squat clean 6×3 @70-80% – Drop and reset each rep
Full squat clean and split jerk. Work up based on feel.

3. Met-Con
Every 20 seconds until failure:
1 Power clean to push jerk 135/105lbs  Comp:  185/125#
10 minute cap

Extra Work:

Strength
Push press 4×3 @85-90%
