Move up based on feel. Percentages based on test week max, unless you’ve hit a heavier squat clean recently, then you may use that.

9 OH lunge steps with 135/95 #  Sc:  95/65#   Comp:  155/105lbs
6 Hang power cleans with 135/95 #  Sc:  95/65#   Comp:  155/105lbs

Cool Down:  2 Rounds, 200m Run (Run straights, walk sides), Leg Swings, Couch Stretch
