2.)  3 Position Clean 

7 x 1 Increasing weight

Hang + Below knee + Ground

* 1 of the positions has to be a squat clean

3.)  3 RFT

10 Hang Cleans 95/65#

15 Wall Balls 20/14#

20 Double Unders/ 60 Singles
