1.)  2 rounds:  200 m row, 10 air squats, 10 Push ups, 10 sit ups, 5 strict pull-ups, Leg swings, Hip-opener on the wall, Piriformis stretch, Shoulder mob on the bands, PVC pass thru's, Bear progression

2.)  15' to work on Kipping, Butterfly, or Muscle up progression

3.)  Bear Complex

7 sets x 5 reps

1 rep =  1 Clean + Push Press + Back Squat + Push Press

Goal= To do each set unbroken

Increase each round by 10lbs if possible
