Cycle 1 Test Week Day 5

1. Warm-up

A. 2 minutes of banded glute work

B. 30 Burpees for time

2. Strength

Back Squat technique sets 5×5 @60% or Find your 1RM Back Squat

Do not re-test again, only go for a new 1RM if you have no done so in a few months.

3. Test WOD

AMRAP 7'  

3 Power Snatch 135/95  scaled:  115/75#

10 Double Unders

6 Power Snatch

20 Double Unders

9 Power Snatch

30 Double Unders

and so on....

Cool Down:  Hip-opener, Butterfly, Iron Cross, Scorpion, Foam Roll/lacrosse ball smash
