2. OLY
Clean and Jerk 10×1 @80-90%
Full squat clean and split jerk.  Move up based on feel.  Percentages based on test week max. 

3. Met-Con
AMRAP 10 Minutes
5 Power snatch 135/95#   Comp:  165/110lbs
10 Pull Ups     Scaled:  Ring Rows (NO BANDS)
15 GHD sit-ups

Cool Down:  Spider man Lunge, Iron Cross, Scorpion, Shoulder mob on the bands
