Welcome to Cycle 3!  We are going to continue to work squats because that is the base of all we do.  You will also get a taste of a couple complex's.  Heart rate kickers while holding onto the bar and working on form.  Also, we are going to test a few of the energy systems and see how we can transition from a heavy lift into a possible active rest.  I hope you guys enjoyed the last cycle and look forward to the movements and ideas within this one.  PortSide Strong!

Warm-up:

50 Bar Facing Burpees (6 minutes)

Leg swings, couch stretch, Frog, Straddle, PVC's
