Weakness warm-up: 12 minute time cap
75 Bar facing Burpees

Couch stretch, Lizard, butterfly with weights, PVC pass thru's, clean progression with barbell

2. OLY
EMOM 5 minutes
5 Touch and go squat clean
Start in the neighborhood of 65-70% of your clean max and work up if you can. Improve on week 2 weights and/or movement efficiency.

30 Double Unders/ 90 Singles
