3 Rounds:  100 m Farmers Carry (KB in each hand), 10 Lunges, 10 HRPU

Then:  3 Position Lunge, Couch Stretch, Oly squat stretch, Puppy Dog, PVC pass thru's

2,)  STRENGTH

Back Squat

5 x 3 Starting at 80% and increasing 10# each time if your form is consistent and you are hitting clean reps.  Rest 1:30- 2:00 each round

3.) Met-Con

AMRAP 12'

5 Power Cleans 185/ 125# Sc:  135/75#

15 Box Jumps 24/20

200 m Run
