Then:  Spiderman Lunge, Inchworm, Oly squat stretch, couch stretch, PVC pass thru's

2. Lift
EMOM 10 minutes
3 Speed back squats @60-65%

3. Partner Met-Con
With a partner – Switching after full rounds
