 Prep Cycle 2 – Week 2 Day 1

1. Warm-up
50 Air Squats, 25 Burpees

Then:  Sampson, Lizard, Oly squat stretch, PVC's

2. Strength
Back Squat 5×4 @80%
No oly’s, belt, or sleeves. Clean up your movement.

3. Met-Con
3 RFT:
10 Deadlifts 225/155lbs
Run 400m
6 Muscle Ups RX:  12 C2B Pull-ups Sc:  15 Pull-ups
