1. Warm-up

Run 1 Mile
Then:  3 Position Lunge, Straddle, Pigeon, PVC's, Clean Progression

2. Strength
7×2 Power clean to split jerk – Start @80% of Power Clean max and work up

3. Met-Con
3 Rounds for time
15 Bar Facing Burpees
15 Hang Power Cleans 155/105lbs
45 Wallballs 20/14lbs
