15 Ab Mat Sit Ups
15 Burpees to 6″ Target

Then:  Couch Stretch, Frog or Oly squat stretch, straddle, Piriformis on the wall, PVC's

2. Strength
Back Squat – 4×4 @70%

3. Met-Con
3 Rounds for Time:
21 Push Press 95/65lbs
10 Calories on Assault Bike
10 Toes to Bar/ 15 KTE
