1. Warm-up
a. 4 Rounds
30ft OH walking lunge w/45/25lbs plate
10 ring dips/box dips

3 position Lunge, pigeon stretch, shoulder mob on the bands

2. Lift
Find 1RM Push Jerk

3. Met-Con
Climb the ladder until you fail within the minute
Minute 1: 3 CTB pull-ups
Minute 2: 30 Double-unders
Minute 3: 6 CTB pull-ups
Minute 4: 30 Double-unders
Minute 5: 9 CTB pull-ups
Minute 6: 30 Double-unders
And so on…
