1.)  Dynamic warm-up around the mats,  3 position lunge, hamstring mob with the bands (20 each leg), Pigeon stretch, downward dog, PVC pass thru's

2.)  Deadlift

6 x 2 @ 75% of 1 RM

* Work on Leg drive and eccentric control down

50 m Sprint very :30 for 6 sets (3:00 total)
