1. Warm-up
a. Two minutes of banded glute activation
Dynamic Warm-up

2. OLY
Squat clean 6×3 @70% – Drop and reset each rep
All sets at 70%. Make the weight your bitch every single rep.

3. Met-Con
For time*

50 SDLHP 95/65lbs
*Every 2 minutes, on the minute, 10 Burpees
