Thursday will typically be a skill day.  It will not be part of the cycle so you can use it as a rest day or an active recovery day.  We will do a good bit of snatch balance though and that's a great way to get faster under the bar for the snatch.

Warm-up:

50 Bar Facing Burpees (6 minutes)

Then:  Leg swings, low lunge, Lizard, t-spine with barbell and foam roller

Strength/Skill:  

Snatch Balance Intro5 x 5 light weight

 

Met-Con:

AMRAP 15'

35 Lunges
