Re-Test Week!  I am really looking forward to seeing you all's progression during this past cycle!  I know that this will be a tough week with Christmas coming up but I hope that you are able to get in and get after it!

50 Bar Facing Burpees (6 minutes)

Leg swings, couch stretch, Frog, Straddle, PVC's
