New programming will begin after the new year!  This week we are going to get our lungs back.  Weight will be light and meant to move quickly through the movements.  Looking forward to seeing everyone back in the gym.  If you have a New goal, make sure you put it on the board and also comment below!  2017, here we come.  PortSide Strong!
