1. Warm-up
Weakness warm-up:
1 mile run (6 big laps) or 2,000m row

3 position lunge, Pigeon stretch, Couch stretch, PVC pass thru's, Burgener warm-up with the barbell

2. OLY
EOMOM for 10 minutes (5 rounds)
4 Touch and go power snatch
Start in the neighborhood of 75% of your power snatch max and work up if you can. This is a repeat, look to improve in some way whether it’s efficiency of movement, weight, or feel.
