Then:  Spiderman lunge, Inchworm, Hamstring stretch with bands, PVC's

1' Flutter Kicks

1' V-ups

1' Rest

3.)  "Partner WOD" 

10 Partner Deadlifts(Both on same bar) IF YOU GO GUY/GIRL, the weight will be different on either side so choose wisely

10 syncronized burpee bar overs
