20 Inchworms w/ Push Up

Then:  Spiderman lunge, Iron Cross, Scorpion, Puppy Dog, PVC's, Clean and Jerk progression

2. Strength
6×3 Power clean to split jerk – Start @80% of Power Clean max and work up

3. Met-Con 20' Time Cap
