10 Lateral Goblet Squats
10 Ring Rows
40 Double Unders

Then:  Spiderman lunge, Inchworm, Iron cross, scorpion, PVC's, Clean Progression

2. OLY
Pause Power Position Clean – 7×2 @80-90%
Clean and Jerk on final rep of each set. Drop and reset after each rep.
