2017 Cycle 1 – Test Week Day

1. Warm-up
3 Steady Rounds:
10 Snatch Grip Deadlifts
15 GHD Sit Ups
20 Calorie Row

Then:  3 position lunge, Puppy Dog, PVC's, Burgener warm-up

2. Strength
Find 1RM Pause Power Position Snatch

3. Met-Con
AMRAP 10 Minutes:
9 Deadlifts 225/155lbs
12 Bar Facing Burpees
Run 200m
