Cycle 1 Retest Week is here!  We are excited for you guys to prove how hard you worked this cycle.  We have been keeping up with you all and we know we are in for a bad ass week.  Do what you need to make sure the intensity is kicked up a notch on all pieces this week.  Make bets with training partners, step up the trash talk, and tag us in your videos.  KTB!

Then:  Couch stretch, Lizard, Pigeon, Oly if needed, PVC's, Clean progression

2. Strength
Find 1RM Back Squat

20 Handstand Push Ups
15 Power Cleans 155/105lbs
15 Handstand Push Ups
10 Power Cleans
10 Handstand Push Ups
5 Power Cleans
