Back Squat    

Warm-up Sets:  8-6-4

Working Sets:  4-4-4-4-4 @ 60-70% of 1RM Then:  1-1-1 @ 85%

*B/t sets   5 x 10 Thumbs up Reverse Flys ( Look on Pull-up progression)

  EMOM:  8’

Odd:  3-5 Strict Pull-ups   or   Horizontal Ring rows 6-8

Even: 3 Strict Pull-ups   or   3-5 Negative HSPU


 Cool Down:  Couch (1:30 per leg)
